Shaq Attack
My mom got her picture taken with Shaquille Oneil when she saw him in Chicago! He is a GIANT!!Atlantis Trip
Jake had a blast at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas last Spring Break. He got to swim with dolphins, spend a day on a yacht, play for endless days at their water park, go to the kids "club" which he loved and much more! It was such a beautiful place and they had something for everyone! We will definately have to go back someday!
Tulsa State Fair
Jake had the best time at the fair this year! He ate pizza on a stick that was larger than his head and won at least 3 stuffed animals! He rode roller coasters and the ferris wheel. I took him after school and we stayed until dark! It was a lot of fun!
Pumpkin Patch
Jake was so good and still went to the pumpkin patch with me this year. I don't know how many more years I will be able to get him to do the pumpkin patch pictures! Of course he had to wear his favorite "Peterson" jersey!
Jake's New Cousin
This is Lily! If you are wondering why there aren't any picture with Jake holding her it is because he isn't too sure about holding a baby. Especially since it's a girl. She just turned a year old. She is a lot of fun. Jake doesn't like how much his mom spends on buying Lily cute outfits. He'll get over it!
Jake's 8th Birthday
This year Jake's birthday was a little more low key! Thank goodness. He had his friend Garrett spend the night on a school night (which was a big deal) and we took them to Hideaway Pizza and then to the Eagles Concert at the BOK Center! They had a lot of fun but were ready to go home and go to bed about half way through the concert! I can't believe he is already 8. They grow up way to fast! By the way we are big time into guitars these days!
New York Fall Break
We took Jake to New York for Fall Break. He had so much fun! He got to go to Central Park, the museum, FAO Schwartz, Statue of Liberty, Ice Skating at Rockefeller Center, China Town, Little Italy, and so much more! He loved the broadway shows! We took him to see Grease and Mary Poppins! Much fun was had by all!!
Soccer Star
Jake has been on the Stars team for several seasons now. They are really getting good and he is loving soccer. I think he's going to be better than his "old man!"
